New York Theatre Workshop Building Expansion

This multi-million dollar project involved the expansion of an existing facility which housed the Theatre Workshop Building in Lower Manhattan. The expansion increased capacity allowing for additional and enhanced services to the local and surrounding communities. The project cost was in the range of $2 to $5 million. CARA’s services included filing for and obtaining DOT and DOB permits on behalf of the contractor and the owner.
