ECB Violations, BRONX, NY

CARA was hired by the owner to remove existing Environmental Control Board (ECB) violations related to the existing boilers. Our role involved retaining services of a licensed/master plumber to perform corrective work on the boilers and issue the required certifications; and submit application including architectural drawings to the DOB on behalf of owner. We filed the plumber’s certification and owner’s affidavits and was successful in removing all existing violations.
