This multi-million dollar project will enhance the current level of services by providing additional space for additional educational programs and services. In addition to more space, the scope of the project includes new mechanical and plumbing systems. The project cost was in the range of $3 to $7 million. CARA’s services included filing for and obtaining DOT and DOB permits on behalf of the contractor and the owner. We represented the client (Applied Projects Company, Inc.) at the NYC Department of Transportation (DOT), submitted required documentation such as insurance certificates, bonds, etc. in order to register the client; submitted permit application and obtained necessary permits.
