Rehabilitation & ADA Accessibility, Mott Avenue Station

This $13 million project involves upgrading the structural stability of the existing, heavily utilized subway station the serves the Far Rockaway community. The scope also includes providing handicap accessibility to meet ADA requirements. CARA’s services included submitting required documentation such as insurance certificates, bonds, etc. in order to register client, filing for and obtaining DOT and DOB permits on behalf of the contractor and owner. The project was completed within one year.
