Queens College Student Union Hall – Boiler Replacement

This project is currently in design by Lizardos Engineering to upgrade existing 300-ton chiller, cooling tower and replace two # 4 fuel oil fired boilers. CARA successfully obtained approval from NYC DOB for the removal and replacement of existing heating system at Queens College – Student Union Hall. As part of the process, our firm was responsible for preparing and filing the application for review and approval by the NYC Department of Buildings. The project cost is estimated at $2.5 million.
