CUNY Law School Toddler Center at Queens College

This project was designed by Lizardos Engineering to upgrade and convert an existing area into a Toddler Center. The work had been completed prior to the filing. CARA was hired to obtain approval from DOB. As part of the process, we prepared the required documents/technical forms including PW-1, Schedule B, and Cost Affidavit for review by the Plan Examiner, met with pre-filer and plan examiner to review code requirements. We also obtained approval for the project which allowed the contractor to obtain work permits and sign-offs. Further, we obtained Letter of Completion that was provided to the building/facilities manager so DASNY/CUNY could utilize the space. The project cost was $450,000.00.
