Baruch College Atrium Fan Replacement

This project was designed by Lizardos Engineering to replace four (4) existing fan units in the Atrium of the Technology Building at Baruch College. CARA CM was hired to review, file and obtain approvals from NYC Department of Buildings (DOB). As part of the filing process, CARA CM prepared the required documents/technical forms for review by the Plan Examiner. Upon review of the application and meetings with DOB officials, the project was approved. In addition, CARA CM was also hired by the contractor, Siearra Mechanical, to file and obtain required work permits. The project cost was $450,000.00.
